Founder of Head In The Clouds, Bill Szymczyk has a career portfolio that far exceeds any realistic expectations. As a producer, engineer, and mixer, Bill was behind the board helping craft some of the biggest rock and blues hits of all time with artists such as the Eagles, B.B. King, Joe Walsh, The James Gang, Bob Seger, Edgar Winter, The Who, J. Geils Band and many more. His work continues to this day, both behind the board and as a developer and mentor to the artists underneath the Head In The Clouds banner.

MICHAEL SZYMCZYK- CREATIVE DIRECTOR, PRODUCER

Having spent the better part of the last decade working as a producer, session player, music director, and composer, Michaels’ main focus is always finding any avenue to help other artists tell their stories. Working almost exclusively in the independent music space quickly fostered a DIY mentality that carries over into the business side of the industry. Now, utilizing the HITC infrastructure, he aims to create a new avenue for independent artists and songwriters to further advance their own opportunities, and create a breeding ground for new collaborative endeavors amongst its members.
